My craft plans for 2017

Happy New Year everyone! I hope you had a peaceful holiday :)

I don't have new year's resolution but I do have some craft plans for 2017 such as...

Sew more clothing like dresses with solids, neutral, basic colours, small subtle prints−I want to make more fun coloured outerwear and knit with bright colours, so I need some clothes that are more basic and simple to go with them.
Knit more stranded colourwork projects!
Knit socks for the first time
Knit Momiji's sweater (haven't knit one for her for over 5 years now.)
Try to do some more embroidery

Hopefully I can get through all of them! (That means I need to slow down buying fun prints and start buying more simple fabric... we'll see.)

I also want to say thank you to everyone who read my blog last year. I hope to share many more craft related things on here this year!

Found these cuties (both penguins and moose) at Chapters Indigo around Christmas time and I couldn't resist... Originally I only bought one penguin but my husband saw the moose went on sale and now he's ours too! The little penguin was a gift from Santa :)

Some of you might know, but I’m a big fan of moose! Jellycat made a perfect moose plushie, he’s so so adorable!

They're all made by Jellycat, the plushie brand I love so much. Their plush toys are so soft and adorable. They even have the cutest names. The penguins are called Peanut Penguin and the moose is Bashful Moose!
